Casale Paradiso paella is a natural product containing only pure Carnaroli rice and dried vegetables and herbs grown on the company’s own land. The paella contains no preservatives, additives or flavourings and is naturally gluten-free. No preparation is needed—just boiling water, sea salt and olive oil. The package contains enough for 2 servings. Rich in natural flavours, it is ideal as a family main course or even as a side dish.
Storage: Please store in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal the bag after opening. Packed in a protective atmosphere
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 95% (rice origin: Italy), dried vegetables 4.95% (tomato, pepper, peas, artichoke, parsley, leek, chives),
Preparation: Place the contents of the package in a large non-stick pan and pour in 590 ml of hot water (or vegetable stock). Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, then start cooking over medium heat. When the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring from time to time. Cook for about 16–18 minutes. Taste it! If it is not tender enough, add a little more hot water and continue cooking until it reaches the desired consistency. Remove from the heat and, if desired, add butter and grated Parmesan to make it creamier. Mix well and serve
