Gluten-free oatmeal porridge - 250g - organic
Oatmeal porridge is an easy-to-prepare breakfast that can be flavored in many ways. A source of protein; 100 g of the product contains 12.7 g of protein.
The porridge contains only one ingredient: gluten-free oats.
Preparation: pour over twice the amount of hot water or plant-based drink and leave to stand for 5–10 minutes. Enjoy sweet or savory, as desired, and flavor with carob powder, cinnamon, fruit, or vegetables.
Can also be used as a thickener.
