Red lentils - 500g

Peeled red lentils do not need to be soaked before cooking. They soften quickly and can be used to make soups, stews, and purées.
Wash thoroughly before use and remove any damaged lentils and debris. They take just 10–20 minutes to cook, becoming pleasantly tender in that time.
