How can you use passata?

Thanks to its thinner consistency, passata is practically a ready-made sauce. We recommend seasoning it with, for example, basil or rosemary, and you can also add cheese or meat. The possibilities are endless. It goes perfectly with all kinds of pasta or gnocchi.

Growing and processing

The ripe tomatoes are hand-picked and processed within 24 hours of harvesting.
