Plantain Leaf - Plantaginis folium
Loose plantain leaves for making tea.
Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over one teaspoon of plantain leaves, then cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink plain or sweetened with honey, up to 2 cups per day.
