Tamari Soy Sauce - 500ml
The Japanese word "tamari" derives from "tamaru," meaning to accumulate. Originally, it refers to the liquid collected from whole soybeans during the production of miso (a soft, salty paste used for seasoning food). The main difference between tamari and shoyu is that tamari contains no wheat. The product is aged in tanks for 6 months before it is drawn off, pasteurized, and packaged.
