Tamari Soy Sauce - 250 ml - organic
The Japanese word "tamari" comes from "tamaru," meaning to accumulate. Originally, it refers to the liquid collected from whole soybeans during the production of miso (a soft, salty paste used to season food). The main difference between tamari and shoyu is that tamari contains no wheat. The product is aged in tanks for 6 months before being drawn off, pasteurized, and packaged.
