Clearspring Organic White Sesame Tahini is made for us by a third-generation European family producer who has been making tahini since 1949. Clearspring Organic Tahini uses the finest, carefully selected, 100% organic hulled white sesame seeds. The seeds are roasted and then ground into a smooth paste. The white sesame seeds are hulled, making the tahini paste sweeter and smoother. Its white, creamy color looks wonderful drizzled directly over a finished dish, or mixed into houmous, dips and creamy spreads.
