Blackberry Leaf - Rubi fructicosi folium
Loose blackberry leaves for making tea.
Its slightly bitter taste can be sweetened with honey, to taste.
Preparation: Simmer 2 teaspoons of blackberry leaves in 1.5 dl of water for a few minutes, then strain. Drink daily as needed.
