Organic dry yeast

The yeast is produced using a nutrient solution made from organic grain, spring water and enzymes.

Directions: One sachet of 9 g organic yeast is enough for 500 g of flour. Mix it with the flour, then prepare according to the recipe. Do not dissolve directly in liquid.
Mix 100 g of flour with 9 g of Lecker's organic yeast, then add 100 ml of warm water. After 1–2 hours, knead the remaining flour into the pre-dough.
