Sushi Brown Rice - Organic - 500 g

Organic brown sushi rice, suitable for making sushi and other rice dishes. It takes longer to cook than white sushi rice.
The short-grain Selenio rice variety used for organic brown sushi rice has characteristics very similar to Japonica rice, which is used to make sushi in Japan. This variety is organically grown in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy, an area also renowned for growing rice for risotto.
After aging, the rice is milled at a rice-processing facility in the nearby town of Trino.
