Stevia powder - 20g

An extract made from the sweet leaves of the stevia plant. A white, powder-form sweetener that can be used to sweeten tea, coffee, soft drinks, sweet soups, sauces, cakes, creams, and foams. It is very sweet: one level teaspoon of powder (approx. 1 g) has the same sweetening effect as approx. 300 g (approx. 20 tablespoons) of sugar. It can be used dissolved in a little water or in powder form, and is highly economical. If you happen to use too much, it may leave a bitter aftertaste. In this case, we recommend increasing the ingredients in the recipe.
