Casale Paradiso risottos are natural, containing only pure Carnaroli rice and dried vegetables and herbs grown on the company's own land. The risotto contains no preservatives, additives or flavorings and is naturally gluten-free. No preparation is needed—just boiling water, sea salt and olive oil. Cooking takes 16–18 minutes. Rich in natural flavors, it is ideal as a family main meal or as a side dish. The contents of the package are enough to prepare 4 servings.
Storage: Please store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Reseal the bag after opening. Packaged in a protective atmosphere
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 95% (rice origin: Italy), dried vegetables 5% (bell pepper, carrot, onion, zucchini, eggplant, chives, parsley, basil)
Preparation: Place the contents of the package in a large non-stick pan and add 1 liter of hot water (or vegetable stock). Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 teaspoons of salt, then start cooking over medium heat. When the mixture begins to bubble, turn the heat down to low and simmer, stirring from time to time. Cook for about 16–18 minutes. Taste it! If it is not soft enough, add a little more hot water and continue cooking until it reaches the desired consistency. Remove from the stove and add butter and grated Parmesan to taste for a creamier result. Mix well and serve
