Vegan scrambled egg powder - 160 g

VeganChef’s vegan omelette mix is made with chickpea flour and fava bean flour. It can be combined with vegetables and spices to make a plant-based dish cooked in a pan.
Preparation suggestion: Mix 40g of Omelette powder with 16g of oil and 160ml of water. Leave to stand for 2 minutes, then cook in an oiled pan until it reaches your preferred consistency.
