Hibiscus flowers add a pleasant flavor to the tea blend, making it not only effective but tasty too.

Ingredients: Small-flowered willowherb (Epilobii herba), German chamomile / chamomile flowers (Matricariae flos / Chamomillae anthodium), nettle leaf (Urticae folium), birch leaf (Betulae folium), hibiscus flowers (Hibisci sabdariffae flos)
Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover and leave to steep for 15 minutes.
Recommended consumption: 2–3 cups
