Sea Salt Plantain Chips - 142 g

Crunchy plantain chips, made in small batches and seasoned with sea salt. SAMAI Plantain Chips are made from premium-quality plantains grown by local farmers in Ecuador, on the Pacific coast of South America. The bananas are naturally ripened, then hand-picked and sorted to select the finest ones. They are then transported to the processing facility, located right next to the plantations, to ensure the ingredients stay as fresh as possible. Upon arrival at the facility, expert hands sort, peel and slice them. They are then fried until crispy in pure, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, preserving the banana's natural flavor and nutrient-rich qualities. Only sea salt is used for seasoning.
