Gluten-free pizza mix – organic – 350 g

Bauckhof organic gluten-free pizza mix is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to quickly and easily make a crispy, delicious gluten-free pizza at home. Carefully selected rice flour, corn starch and quinoa sourdough powder ensure the right texture, while the psyllium husk helps make the dough flexible and light.
The mix can be used to make either a thin, crispy pizza or a thicker, softer crust, according to your preference.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 225 °C (gas oven: setting 4; fan oven: 190 °C). Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, then add 250 ml lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil, such as olive oil.
2. Mix the ingredients using a hand mixer. The dough will be stickier than usual; this is the right consistency for this mix.
3. Grease a baking tray measuring approximately 35 × 30 cm or two round pans measuring approximately 28 cm in diameter, or line them with baking paper. Sprinkle the dough with starch and roll it out using a rolling pin wrapped in baking paper.
4. Spread the tomato paste evenly over the dough. Add toppings of your choice, season, then drizzle with olive oil. You can also use ketchup, tomato sauce, salsa or strained tomatoes instead of tomato paste. 5. Bake on the middle rack for approximately 15–20 minutes (electric oven: 225 °C; gas oven: setting 4; fan oven: 190 °C).
