We know someone who is addicted to pistachios: they choose pistachio ice cream at every ice cream shop, seek out pistachio pastries at every bakery, adore pistachio chocolates, and can crunch their way through endless amounts of salted pistachios in a single evening. (Obviously, we’re not talking about ourselves… but this person really does exist!) If you’re also a hardcore pistachio fan, this cream is pistachio heaven! Made from 100% lightly roasted pistachios, with no unnecessary additives, bitter almond flavoring, palm oil, or coloring. If you don’t eat it straight from the jar right away, you can use it in homemade ice cream, pistachio macarons, cookies, cake filling, pudding, or any kind of dessert.
