This means organic, high-altitude Arabica from a single farm—the “La Chacra D'dago” Demeter coffee farm. Its hand-picked green beans are given an especially long, gentle roast in a drum roaster in Hamburg. This creates their distinctive, characteristic Mount Hagen flavor profile: mild, nutty, chocolatey, with a touch of sweetness.
