Captain Kombucha is a ready-to-drink, sparkling, fermented tea beverage from Portugal’s western coast. It is made with organic ingredients and kombucha culture.
To make kombucha, a culture of yeasts and bacteria is added to sweetened tea. The fermentation process gives the drink its distinctive flavor.
Organic, raw and vegan, containing live cultures, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Contains no preservatives.
Not heat-treated.

Ingredients: reverse-osmosis-filtered water, cane sugar* (cane sugar transformed during fermentation), kombucha cultures, stevia extract* (water, stevia leaves*), green tea 0.31%*, tea extract*, “Bacillus coagulans”.
