Loose St. John’s wort – 40 g

Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of tea, then let steep for 10 minutes. Strained and lukewarm, without sweetener, 2–3 cups can be consumed daily. Caution! Regular consumption can cause photosensitivity, so sunbathing is prohibited during the course of treatment.
