Miso from Pearled Barley - Jarred - Organic - 300 g

Also known as Mugi Miso, this is the traditional miso of rural Japan. This excellent miso is made using traditional methods and aged in cedar barrels for 1–2 years. It adds rich flavor and concentrated savoriness to sauces, roasted dishes, soups, and beans. It also makes an excellent miso soup.
