Silver fir honey is a thick, amber-colored honey. It is harvested in the village of Pavliani, at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, within the Oiti Mountains National Park. Its velvety, slightly sweet taste and aromatic notes highlight the distinctive aftertaste of Greek forests.
