Casale Paradiso risottos are natural and contain only pure Carnaroli rice, dried vegetables and herbs grown on the company's own land. The risotto contains no preservatives, additives or flavorings and is naturally gluten-free. No preparation is needed—just boiling water, sea salt and olive oil. Cooking time is 16–18 minutes. Rich in natural flavors, it is ideal as a family main course or as a side dish. The package contains enough for 4 servings.
Storage: Please store in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal the pouch after opening. Packaged in a protective atmosphere
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 95% (rice origin: Italy), dried vegetables 5% (bell pepper, carrot, onion, zucchini, eggplant, chives, parsley, basil)
Preparation: Place the contents of the package in a large non-stick pan and add 1 liter of hot water (or vegetable stock). Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 teaspoons of salt, then cook over medium heat. When the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring from time to time. Cook for about 16–18 minutes. Taste it! If it is not tender enough, add a little more hot water and continue cooking until it reaches the desired consistency. Remove from the heat and add butter and grated Parmesan to taste for a creamier result. Mix well and serve
