Ingredients: Elecampane root (Helenii rhizoma / Inulae radix), artichoke leaf (Cynarae folium), fenugreek (Trigonellae foenugraeci semen), blessed thistle (Cnici benedicti herba), peppermint leaf (Menthae piperitae folium)
Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, and leave to steep for 15 minutes.
Recommended consumption: 1–2 cups before meals
