Dosage: 2–3 cups daily. Simmer one teaspoon of the herbal blend (approx. 2 g) for 3–5 minutes, or pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and let steep for 10 minutes Ingredients: andrographis paniculata, zingiber officinale, tinospora cordifolia, withania somnifera, glycyrrhiza glabra, curcuma longa, foeniculum vulgare, elettaria cardamomum Warning: Herbal food supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
