Whole wheat lasagne sheets - organic - 250 g

Pasta made from 100% organic whole durum wheat. Can be prepared without pre-cooking.

During production, 10,000 kg of freshly milled wheat is mixed with 3,000 l of water, then dried at 40–50°C after pressing. The slow drying process guarantees an even, beautiful pasta shape.
