The NORDVITAL menopause tea blend is a food product; its use does not replace necessary medical treatment! Ingredients: Red clover (Trifolii pratensis flos), hyssop (Hyssopi herba), lemon balm leaf (Melissae folium), sage leaf (Salviae folium), rosehip (Rosae / Cynosbati pseudofructus)
Directions for use: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend and leave to steep, covered, for 15 minutes.
Suggested intake: 2–3 cups daily as a course for no more than 6 weeks.
