Ingredients: purified water, chromium-enriched yeast, organic glycerin, moringa leaf extract, citric acid.
Recommended use: Recommended amount: 3 pumps daily, sprayed under the tongue or mixed into a glass of water. If possible, take half an hour before your first main meal; if you have a sensitive digestive system, take with or after a meal.
Active ingredient: 1 serving - 3 pumps Chromium (inactive yeast enriched with chromium) 100 µg (NRV%* 250%).
