Millet - organic - 500 g

Peeled millet has a mildly nutty flavor and is a versatile ingredient. Preparation: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, stir in 1 cup of millet, then cover. Once it comes back to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 15–20 minutes, until the water has been absorbed. Use 3 cups of water for creamy millet porridge. It can also be used in salads, desserts, or as a vegetable side dish.
