Instant Coconut Milk Powder – 300 g

Vegabond coconut milk powder can be mixed with water to make a coconut drink. Its powdered form makes it easy to measure and suitable for use in a wide variety of recipes.

Directions: For a thinner drink, mix 100 g of powder with 400 ml of water; for a thicker coconut base, mix 100 g of powder with 150 ml of water. It can also be used to make smoothies, cocktails, cereal porridge, desserts, soups, and Asian-style dishes.

Ingredients: fresh coconut cream (85.2%), glucose syrup (from tapioca), emulsifiers (dipotassium phosphate (E340), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471)), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide (E551)).
