Ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar, maltodextrin), apple pectin, anti-caking agent thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), chromium picolinate.
Recommended use: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals.
