Loose Linden Blossom Tea - 40 g

Linden Flowers – Tiliae flos

Loose linden flower tea, in a 40 g package.

Linden is a plant with a very pleasant aroma, so adding it to bitter- or unpleasant-tasting herbal teas can improve their flavor and make them more enjoyable to drink.

Preparation: Pour one teaspoon (2–4 g) of crushed flowers into a cup of hot water (approx. 2 dl). Cover and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink. Sweeten with honey if desired.
