Grapefruit seed extract – 30 ml

Ingredients: glycerin-based grapefruit seed extract concentrate 85%, vitamin C 17%, water 5%, protein 2%, vegetable fat 1%.

Recommended use: There is no age restriction for use. It may be used by both young children and pregnant women. As a general guideline, add 3–4 drops per 10 kg of body weight to a glass of fruit juice or tonic; this covers the daily requirement. The amount may be divided into 2–3 doses per day. It is advisable to dilute in batches of 10 drops, as this makes it less bitter. Overdose occurs at 1,000 times the recommended amount.
