Tigernut Flour - 250g
Tigernut, also known as chufa, is the root tuber of a grass native to North Africa and the Mediterranean region. Its flour can be used in cakes and other dishes.
Interestingly, wild tigernuts are said to be a favorite of carp.
Use: Tigernut flour can be used on its own or mixed with other gluten-free flours. Its slightly sweet, nutty flavor works well in cakes and vegan burger patties.
It can also be used for breading.
