Jackfruit is a versatile plant-based ingredient, known for its unique texture and mild flavour. It takes on any flavour and seasoning it is paired with. Try making tender pulled jackfruit with Clearspring Organic Teriyaki Sauce, or mix the chunks with aromatic spices to create a delicious vegan curry.
