Organic, gluten-free corn and rice spaghetti pasta – 500 g

Ingredients: 52.5% corn flour, 44% rice flour (brown rice flour, white rice flour), potato starch, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)

Use: Ideal for preparing various dishes with sauces or cold pasta salad. Recommended cooking time: 9 minutes

Preparation: It can also be prepared in two stages. In this case, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for just 7 minutes, then drain, cool with room-temperature water, add vegetable oil and stir. Then refrigerate (0–4°C) for at least one and no more than 20 hours. Finally, reheat in boiling water for 10 seconds.
