Ingredients: Restharrow root (Ononidis radix), goldenrod herb (Solidaginis herba), echinacea flowering herb (Echinaceae herba), yarrow flowering herb (Achilleae herba), hibiscus flower (Hibisci sabdariffae flos)
Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend and leave to steep for 15 minutes.
Recommended use: 2–3 cups daily as a course, for a maximum of 2 weeks.
