White Bean Pod Tea - 40 g

Preparation: Add 2 tablespoons of bean pods to 5 dl of boiling water and boil for 1–2 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Drink this amount spread throughout the day. Use continuously as a course for a maximum of 2 months; if needed, start another course after a break of a few weeks.
