The green coffee beans are gently and slowly roasted to a dark espresso roast in Hamburg drum roasters. This allows them to develop their distinctive Mount Hagen flavor to perfection: bright and elegant, smooth and full-bodied, with chocolate notes and delicate fruity acidity.
