Ingredients: Peppermint (Menthae piperitae folium), German chamomile flowers (Matricariae flos / Chamomillae anthodium), Lemon balm leaves (Melissae folium), Oregano (Origani vulgaris herba), Caraway seeds (Carvi fructus)
Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, and leave to steep for 10 minutes.
Recommended consumption: 2–3 cups before meals
