Walnut Leaves, Loose - 40 g

Preparation: Pour one cup (2.5 dl) of boiling water over one teaspoon of dried walnut leaves, then cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups daily as a course of treatment. It is best to drink before meals, but if its high tannin content upsets your stomach, drink it between meals instead.
