Distilled water - 1.5 L

As with everything, we recommend gradually increasing your intake: during the first week, drink one glass of distilled water a day; in the second week, you can increase this to two glasses. By the end of the regimen, distilled water will make up 50% of your daily water intake, thoroughly cleansing your veins and body. Anyone can safely complete the regimen, regardless of age or gender! During storage, the water does not become cloudy or develop an oily residue.
