Date paste - 1000 g

Date paste from the United Arab Emirates is made by straining. It has a smooth, creamy and soft consistency.

An excellent ingredient for making vegan cookies, cakes, energy balls and raw bars. For this purpose, we only recommend using traditional “Sayer” dates instead if you soak the dates before preparation so you can better control the sweetness. But if you don’t usually bother with that, this product is the winner :)

If you’d like a slightly creamier, “chunkier” texture, you can also try Deglet Nour dates. Their thicker skin gives the product a slightly more textured consistency even after grinding, and the end result will also have a completely different character from the flavor of traditional Sayer dates or date paste (our Leya bars are also made with organic Deglet Nour date paste, by the way :) )
