The WTN D3-K2-Vitamin A complex contains an optimal amount, close to half the recommended daily intake. Multivitamins contain much larger amounts of vitamin A, sometimes several times the recommended daily dose, which can pose risks!

Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry, dark place. Do not use the product if you are hypersensitive to fat-soluble vitamins (for example, if redness or a rash appears on your skin). It is especially advisable to perform a skin test beforehand for children, to rule out sensitivity to the ingredients. The area behind the ear is ideal for this, as the skin there is very thin and sensitive. If you are taking blood thinners, consult your doctor! It is strongly recommended that dietary supplements be taken separately from coffee. Take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee or at least 2 hours after drinking it. Dietary supplements should not be taken with dairy products! If you take several dietary supplements, consult a specialist about the appropriate order in which to take them to avoid any potential interaction that could cancel out the effects of their active ingredients.
