Ingredients: Chondractive® chicken cartilage extract
Recommended use: Take 1.5 teaspoons (1 g of collagen) daily, dissolved in a drink. It can be taken at any time of day, regardless of meals, but preferably before exercise (e.g. walking) or sports. For a more pleasant taste, mix it into a flavored drink, preferably using a small amount of liquid (approx. 2 dl), and drink it in one go
Ingredient amount: Chondractive® chicken cartilage extract (standardized to 70% type II collagen, 10% chondroitin sulfate and 1% hyaluronic acid) 1500 mg
