Chickpeas - organic - 500 g

Chickpeas are a legume commonly used in Middle Eastern cuisine. They are rich in protein and fiber: 100 g of the dry product contains 21 g of protein and 14 g of fiber. Their nutty flavor and grainy texture make them a good addition to vegetable and grain dishes. Cooked and seasoned, they can be used in salads, or roasted after cooking to make a crunchy snack. They are one of the main ingredients in hummus.
