Zinc complex drops - 50 ml

Ingredients: purified water, organic glycerin, zinc bisglycinate, L-lysine amino acid, guava leaf extract, natural elderberry extract.

Recommended use: Recommended amount: 3 pumps of liquid daily, mixed into water. If possible, take half an hour before your first main meal; if you have a sensitive digestive system, take it with or after a meal. It can also be taken under the tongue. Ideally, use it just before a planned meal and hold the liquid under your tongue for at least 20 seconds. When used under the tongue, you may experience a mild stinging sensation caused by the vegetable glycerin. It is recommended that you eat as soon as possible after taking it, as taking it on an empty stomach directly under the tongue may cause nausea. If you experience this, you should change how you take it. Important: Make sure not to consume foods immediately before or after taking this food supplement that may inhibit zinc absorption. If you also take a copper-containing food supplement (such as Trace Element Complex), take it separately, with a 1–2-hour interval.
