Ingredients: Coenzyme Q10; emulsifier (polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate); anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids); L-ascorbic acid; gelatin capsule shell; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); thiamine mononitrate; pyridoxine hydrochloride; colours (calcium carbonate, iron oxides); pteroylmonoglutamic acid; D-biotin; cyanocobalamin.
Recommended use: Adults are advised to take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning after a meal, swallowed with plenty of water.
