Byom Immune Fiber Complex - 400 g

Ingredients: A blend of 100% Sunfiber® partially hydrolyzed guar gum and gum arabic* (Acacia senegal – gum arabic)

Suggested use: Mix a serving of 2 x 3–4 grams daily (one heaped teaspoon) with a liquid. In some cases, 4–5 teaspoons can also be used, as higher doses are well tolerated. The ideal dose varies by individual and is between 4 and 16 grams, divided into two servings. It offers a simple and comprehensive way to increase selective fiber intake. It dissolves easily while retaining its original fiber content. If desired, it also combines well with galactooligosaccharides (e.g., Bimuno).
